What Happens After Checkout?
After checkout, you will complete a short LLC and EIN information form so we can prepare and submit your filing to the Texas Secretary of State and the IRS.
Registered Agent (Required in Texas)
Every Texas LLC is legally required to have a Registered Agent.
You can select PAL Registered Agent Service above when choosing your LLC package.
A Registered Agent must:
- Have a physical Texas address (no PO Boxes)
- Be available during normal business hours
- Accept legal and state documents on behalf of your LLC

When Will I Receive My Federal and State Documents?
Typical turnaround time for the Texas LLC Formation + EIN package is 3-5 business days after we receive your completed intake form. Once your filing is complete, we will send your Texas Certificate of Formation and EIN confirmation electronically.
